What this site does not do
This site uses no cookies, no statistics, analytics or profiling tools, embeds no third-party content (videos, maps, social buttons) and serves its own fonts.
Browsing data
Like any web server, the server hosting this site automatically records some information about the requests it receives in its technical logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, response code, browser and operating system. These data are used only to ensure the operation and security of the service and to detect abuse; they are not used to identify visitors or combined with other information.
Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting is provided by Aruba S.p.A., which processes these data as a processor and keeps them for the period strictly necessary for technical and security purposes.
Contact form
The Contact page includes a form that collects your full name, email address, telephone number (optional), the capacity in which you are writing, the enquiry area, your publication, indicative turnover and any deadline (all optional) and the text of your message. These data are used only to respond to your enquiry and to assess a possible appointment (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The fields marked as required must be completed in order to receive a reply.
The form does not store enquiries on the website: it forwards them by email to the controller's mailbox responsible for the selected area, hosted by Aruba S.p.A. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address for no longer than one hour, used only to limit the number of submissions. If no appointment follows, messages are deleted within 12 months of the last contact; if an appointment follows, they are kept for as long as required by the related legal obligations. Please do not include information about health, legal proceedings or other special categories of data in your message.
Data sent by email
If you write to the address given on this site, I process the data in your message (name, email address and whatever you choose to share) only to reply and to handle any follow-up correspondence. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in following up professional contacts (Art. 6(1)(f)). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up and, if no appointment follows, for no longer than 12 months from the last contact. Mailboxes on the vittoriomartinucci.it domain are provided by Aruba S.p.A., which processes data as a processor.
Disclosure of data
Data are not sold or passed on to third parties and are not used for marketing. They may be disclosed only to the technical providers mentioned above or to public authorities where required by law.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
